How a session on Venera works
- Choose a guide and a service: each profile lists the length and price of every session.
- Book a convenient time and pay by card. Karma, Venera’s bonus points, can cover up to 30% of the price.
- At the booked time, open your chat with the guide and tap “Join call” — the video call runs right on the website or in the app. You can keep your camera off.
- The chat with your guide stays open after the session. You can cancel in My sessions up to an hour before the start; after that, contact support. If you cancel before the session starts, you get a full refund.
What to prepare for a consultation
For a birth chart you need your date, exact time and place of birth. If you don’t know your birth time, tell the guide in advance — some conclusions will be less precise.
How to choose an astrologer
- See which tradition the guide works in: Western, Vedic (Jyotish) or horary astrology.
- Compare services: birth chart, synastry (a couple’s compatibility), yearly forecast.
- Ask in chat what details to send before the session.

What is a birth chart?
A map of the positions of the Sun, Moon and planets at the moment of your birth. An astrologer uses it to describe your tendencies and the periods worth paying attention to.

What won’t an astrologer tell me?
An astrology consultation does not replace a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser and does not guarantee any events.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel in My sessions up to an hour before the start; after that, contact support. If you cancel before the session starts, you get a full refund. Full terms are in the public offer (in Russian).
