Venera is an online consultation service for esoteric practice and self-discovery: tarot readers, astrologers, numerologists, destiny matrix specialists, coaches and energy practitioners on one platform. Consultations are held by video from any city in Russia or around the world; most sessions are in Russian.
How to choose
24 guides are open for booking in the catalogue; filter by practice, topic, price and available time. Each guide sets their own price, from 300 ₽ to 36,000 ₽ for 15–120 minutes.
Who we trust
Every guide goes through selection: an application, experience, certificates (if any) and a short interview; guides work under the platform’s Code of Ethics.
Payment and free features
Your first consultation of up to 15 minutes is free with guides marked “First 15 min free”; longer services are paid at the listed price. Pay by card when booking, with up to 30% covered by Karma, Venera’s bonus points; cancel before the session starts for a full refund; Card of the day and Ask the Universe are free.
How we select guides
A guide fills in an application and attaches training certificates, diplomas or portfolio links (if any). After reviewing the application, we hold a short interview. The platform has a Code of Ethics that rules out harmful advice and manipulation. A profile is published only after moderation.
Prices and payment
Each guide sets their own price: currently from 300 ₽ to 36,000 ₽ per 15–120-minute session. You see the final price before you pay. You pay by bank card through the YooKassa payment service; up to 30% of the price can be paid with Karma, Venera's bonus points. You can cancel in My sessions up to an hour before the start, after that through support; if you cancel before the session starts, you get a full refund (terms of service, clause 5.1, in Russian).
How a session on Venera works
- Choose a guide and a service: each profile lists the length and price of every session.
- Book a convenient time and pay by card. Karma, Venera’s bonus points, can cover up to 30% of the price.
- At the booked time, open your chat with the guide and tap “Join call” — the video call runs right on the website or in the app. You can keep your camera off.
- The chat with your guide stays open after the session. You can cancel in My sessions up to an hour before the start; after that, contact support. If you cancel before the session starts, you get a full refund.
Reviews
Only a client who has had a session with a guide can leave a review of that guide.
