I am Andrey Shein — a Tantra master, practitioner of body-based and energy practices, transpersonal psychotherapist, and founder of the School of Tantra Masters, the international community Blizkie, and the Intimacy festival.

Previously, I spent 10 years in business consulting. After going through professional burnout and an existential crisis, I discovered the world of psychology, spiritual practices, and body-based work. What began as a personal journey of self-exploration eventually became my life’s work.

Main areas of my work:

• Tantra classes — developing sensitivity and exploring intimacy, sexuality, and deep connection with yourself and your partner.
• Energy Wave — body-energy practices for exploring inner states, the movement of energy, and pleasure.
• Holotropic Breathwork — deep breathing practices for self-exploration and working with inner experiences.
• Training Tantra masters — preparing specialists to facilitate individual and group practices.

More than 20% of the graduates of my training programs are leading practitioners in their cities and are developing their own areas of work.

The main idea behind my approach is not simply to give a person a new experience during a practice, but to help them bring it into their real life.

So that they can feel themselves better, build close relationships, consciously manage their state, and act in alignment with their values.
